1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of digital educational materials sold through pallayvex.com (“Pallayvex”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Products and format
Pallayvex sells educational PHP course guides in PDF format. Product pages describe the subject, included modules, intended audience, format, and price. These are digital goods; no physical item is shipped.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR). The checkout page shows the final amount before payment. Payment is processed by the external payment provider identified on the checkout page. Pallayvex does not collect or store complete payment card details on this website.
4. Order confirmation and delivery
After payment is confirmed, delivery information is displayed by the payment provider or sent to the email address used at checkout. Digital delivery is normally initiated shortly after confirmation. Delays can occur because of payment review, an incorrect email address, or technical issues.
If the guide or delivery instructions have not arrived within 24 hours, email support@pallayvex.com with the purchased guide name, the email used at checkout, and the payment reference. We will review the order and provide appropriate delivery support.
5. Licence and acceptable use
Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to read and use the guide for individual educational purposes. You may store a reasonable number of backup copies for personal use. You may not resell, publicly distribute, share, publish, sublicense, or commercially reproduce the guide or substantial parts of it.
6. Educational nature
The guides provide general educational information and practical exercises. They do not guarantee a particular academic, employment, commercial, or technical result. Readers remain responsible for testing code, evaluating its suitability, and applying appropriate security and quality checks in their own environment.
7. Cancellations and refunds
The catalog contains one-time purchases, not subscriptions. An order may be cancelled before digital delivery if processing has not yet completed. After delivery or download, cancellation and refund eligibility are limited because the material cannot be physically returned. See the Refund Policy for conditions and the request process. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
8. Intellectual property
The guides, site copy, visual design, and original examples are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rights not expressly granted in these terms remain with Pallayvex or the relevant rights holder.
9. Website availability
We aim to keep the website and catalog available, but temporary interruptions may occur. We may correct errors in descriptions or pricing and update the content of the website. A change does not alter a completed order unless required to correct an obvious error or comply with law.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pallayvex is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the educational materials. Our total liability related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
11. Governing rules
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller’s establishment, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s country of residence. Disputes should first be raised with us so we can try to resolve them directly.
